HUNTER REVIEWS
Coolatai #1 NSW Hunting Property Review
Reviewed by: Neil
Hi to the IHP Team, We're back from our weekend at Coolatai and have had time to rest and recover. What a great part of the country! "How's the serenity." The property is worth visiting just for the landscape, bushwalking and birdwatching alone. It is as good as many of the National Parks I've visited. We saw a few goats, pigs and foxes, most of which were too cunning for us, bolting quickly into the thick timber. We did manage to take a couple of goats for the table, selecting young nannies (they make much better eating than billies) and brought home an esky full of goat meat. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, just an all round nice bloke. The camp site was shaded and flat and didn't get sticky underfoot in the rain. I can't wait to get back for another visit. Rating: 5
