Molong #1 is an 1117 Acre property containing open flat grasslands and river frontage as well as several dams throughout the property, attracting a variety of wildlife.
Foxes, rabbits, hare and plenty of pigs are all available for hunting on this property. Fishing of cod, yellowbelly and yabbies is available in the dams and river.
Quads, bikes, buggys and spotlighting are all allowed on the acerage. Dogs are allowed, however retriever and pig dogs are not permitted.
4WD is not necessary to gain access to the property, however it would useful if hunters want to explore the acreage.
Some patchy mobile reception is available on the property.
Only camping is available at this property. Hunters are expected to bring anything they will need during their camping stay.
Sighting and target shooting is available at the site.
Terrain
Molong #1 comprises undulating paddocks with patches of rocky terrain. There is also river frontage and several dams. Hunters and families alike will enjoy the open landscapes, perfect for walks, picnics and wildlife sighting.

Camping is available and hunters are expected to bring anything they would need during their stay. Firewood is available.

Best time to book is year round, however autumn and spring are the nicest.
Property owners rules
Rules are common sense, gates are to be locked behind you at all times. No chasing or shooting cattle or sheep. Keep away from the young cattle and sheep. All rubbish must be taken with you. Must observe total fire bans at all times.

The property has only just been purchased by the current owners.
The property is a very nice place to relax, hunt, fish and catch yabbies and enjoy the peace and quiet around a camp fire.
Additional Supplies
The town of Cumnock is 18Kms away and has a general store and fuel station with petrol and diesel fuel as well as some takeaway food and a pub. There are also the town of Molong and Orange if hunters need more variety of shops or products.

For each non-hunter attending any of our properties, it is compulsory to be covered by current comprehensive public liability insurance. This is a non-negotiable requirement and forms part of your booking contract. Similar to having travel insurance to go on holidays. This insurance is available by being a current member of an AHO, the SSAA or the Shooters Union before your booking is approved.
