Property Highlights

A little about Coolah #3

Welcome to our Coolah #3 Hunting Property. This great property has been in the family for over 50 years.

The property is a large 1,600 Acres – hilly on one side and valley on the other – the property is ready for camping - with possible game of Pigs, Foxes, Cats, Rabbits, Carp, yabbies & Hare. On arrival, ask the property owner what other pests they have trouble with that they would like you to hunt.

The Terrain on the property is hilly, while you won’t need a 4wd to get to the property, you will need a 4wd to get around the property. You can bring a quadbike – but only bring one quadbike per group. The property is around 24Kms from the closest town.

Camping is only available on the property – with pit toilets. Telstra mobile phone reception is available on the property. Firewood is available on the property. You can sight your guns in, as long as you do it safely, on the property.

The temperatures are average for what you will find in the central west of NSW – hot in summer with the odd frost in winter. The Coolah Tops Servo is the closest point for additional supplies and they are open from 6.30am to 8.00pm. Bring your family to enjoy the camping and while you are here, enjoy a day trip to Coolah Tops National Park and the Warrumbungle national park.

This was a fantastic property and the property owner was a very accomodating person who basically let us be and was pleased with the respect we gave his property. Your service was easy and very efficient, so thank you and your team for providing hunters and farmers with this opportunity.
