This remarkable hunting property is located near Koorda in the central wheat belt of Western Australia. The total land area of the property is 323 hectares (800 acres) with176 hectares of natural woodland and 116 hectares planted with mallee for the purpose of carbon sequestration.
The property was acquired for the purpose of wildlife preservation, biodiversity improvement and recreation. It has been registered with the Department of Parks and Wildlife under the Land for Wildlife scheme.
The land is available to recreational shooters for vermin control and target shooting for a fee of $50 per person per day, subject to the conditions detailed in the Land Access Agreement.
